It’s been an amazing year-end for the Catalyst Global team as we welcome three more partners to our network, proving once again that Catalyst’s flexible license package is attractive to a broad range of independent teambuilding companies.

Our presence in South America is now very firmly on the map with Elves Costa and his team at Conquistar who take an exclusive license for the whole of Brazil.  Conquistar are partnered with training and development company Integracao in San Paulo, and can now offer the very best in human development and teambuilding services.

Continuing a theme of exotic locations, we’ve also established a partnership in Curacao, taking Catalyst Teambuilding into the Caribbean! Human capital specialists D&I have taken advantage of our new bronze membership scheme that allows reputable teambuilding outfits in smaller economies to offer a select range of Catalyst teambuilding products. We welcome Daniel Corsen and the team at D&I.

Moving slightly north, but still pretty tropical, we have also expanded our operations in the USA. “Ideasparker” Sharon Fisher at Play With A Purpose did not want to be left off the Catalyst bandwagon. A creative specialist in her own right, Sharon identified an number of unique Catalyst Teambuilding programmes that will add value to the existing Play With A Purpose portfolio.

All three companies joined just in time to network, share ideas and build relationship with other likeminded teambuilding professionals during our biennial ‘GO GLOBAL’ conference in December (more on this in our next bulletin.)
